CCIAEA MEMBERS Craig Brodt is heading up Membership. Linda Childs agreed to be our "runner" and visit our CCIAEA "mailbox" at CCMA to get mail in a timely manner. Linda is over at the museum or in that area regularly. That way checks and member information can be updated and other mail can be distributed to the proper individuals. Dues will stay at $30. Members need to download the membership form off the web site and send it in along with a check made out to CCIAEA. This way we have record of who paid what. Each year the membership form should be updated. Membership runs from Sept 1 to Aug 31. Members can join any time during the year. Tom Noonan will help steer the group to develop and post a Facebook page: This is informational for those members who aren't interested or ready and "what to do" for those ready to make the move. A brief overview will occur at Septembers membership meeting. Cheesebox Auction
Goal: to create a successful Scholarship fund raiser: Sid Wainer Cheese Box auction (much like the cows, fish, sheep and whales that have been done previously) Need to set a deadine, criteria for transforming the boxes, possibly coordinate with some other event in the area to garnish more interest and reach broader population. Hopefully a CCIAEA member would look into ways for creating a successful Scholarship fund raiser.
