Your work needs to be dropped off at Barnstable Airport on December 14, 2018. Deliver the work to the airport, 2nd floor between 1 PM – 4 PM. Michael Giaquinto will receive your work. Jan Rapp will be willing to temporarily store work at her studio if the scheduled drop-off time is a hardship, 774-836-4317. All works, once received by the Airport, are photographed and the accession papers are sent to the Town of Barnstable to be included on the Airport’s insurance policy.
The standard gallery share of the sales price is set at 70% for the artist and 30% for the Scholarship fund. Please note that any variation that gives more than 30% to the Scholarship Fund would be much appreciated. You will be responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax to the state of MA.
Potential buyers will be asked to contact you directly (through your provided email/phone number). You will make arrangements for the sale/delivery and when payment is received donate a minimum of 30% of the sale price to the Scholarship Fund.
You will be expected to find replacement artwork if a buyer insists on taking immediate possession of a purchased piece.
